r.i.p Murray [28/01/93 - 14/03/11]

So sorry this will be on your dashboard but i really have to make a post about it, i’m crying my eyes out while i’m writing this.

In 2010 i met a boy called Murray. He was so sweet and adorable, i immediately liked him. But the problem was that he lived in Belgium and I lived in the Netherlands and we couldn’t meet soon or something. One day we were on MSN and he told me he loved me, and i also loved him. From that day we were a couple, you might think it’s not true love because we only knew each other from internet but i’ve other friends who knew him in real life. He asked his friend to send me a text message and he said he loved me so freaking much. I always loved it when we were on MSN and told each other jokes and talk like best friends. He was my boyfriend and my best friend. We planned a meeting with lots of other people in a zoo and he said he’d give me my first kiss and hug me and never let me go again …

But after a while he couldn’t take the distance anymore and something happened in his family so he broke up with me. I cried my eyes out and wished we lived in the same country so we could meet. And i was 14 so you have to know i wasn’t allowed to travel on my own to Belgium. We broke up before the meeting and because that thing in his family he couldn’t come to the meeting anymore so i haven’t seen him.

We still were best friends, he always cheered me up and made me laugh on the worst day. I still loved him and we almost planned another meeting just for the two of us. I said i missed him and he also said he missed me, it was heart breaking. But i think it was a month ago he got hit by a car with a drunk driver in it. He was in coma and last week he got a bleeding in his brains. This morning he died.
And yesterday i was thinking about him and thought: “I hope Murray is OK and i hope he’ll come back to us soon.” but everything is gone now.
It’s like a piece of my life is taken away.

Murray wanted to become a teacher and work with little children. He would never hurt somebody. He was only 19.
